2 runs to the ball to get the inbound pass. 1 runs around him towards the three point line to receive the ball back. The 5 runs to the foul line to give a quick brush screen that barely makes contact with the 1's defender. The 5 then rolls to look for a wide open layup / alley oop and the 1 using the screen to get to the basket
The Key is for the ball to move quickly back to the PG and for him to use the center's screen quickly for an easy pick and roll. This is a designed out of bounds pick and roll.
