Warm Up consists of : 7 minutes and 30 seconds of suicides with 10 - 20 reps of exercises at each station.
The team will sprint to station 1 complete the exercise then jog back to baseline. They will then sprint to
station 2, complete exercise which is followed by a jog back to baseline, they'll do the same procedure for stations 3 and 4.
