We will now play a full court game 10 minutes each half, 20 minute game all together. keep the same teams as you have down throughout the session. Try and keep the technique of how to shoot properly, and use the skills we done in the warm up game to help you, pivotting and trying to get into open space. as there are 6 in each group, 1 will be a substitution, you can substitute as many times as you want, make sure you do.
