Handball Dodgeball 217 shootin...

Two opposing equal sides both start on the baseline of the area with 3 balls on the center line (half as many balls as there are players). On the coach's call players sprint to try and collect the ball and claim it for their team. Once in possession of the ball players are trying to hit the opposition's cones whilst at the same time protecting their own cones. The winning team is the first team to hit all of their opponent's cones.

Feint and throw at the goal 32...

Players line  up a few meters behind the 7 meter line where a cone is placed on the floor. The wide player (blue 2) passes the ball to the player waiting in line who then runs forward to the cone. When they reach the cone players should be slightly to the left or the right of the cone. Before being allowed to shoot players must 'get past the cone' using an effective dummy, cutting around the other side of the cone before shooting. <br />variations :<br />- 3 step rythm (right handers : left,right,left and left handers : right,left,right)<br />- 2 step or even in 1 step<br />- jumping off : left handers : right foot, right handers : left foot<br />- jump off with your 'wrong' foot (1,2,3 steps)

The first player waiting in line passes to the first player on the cone and immediately follows their pass and runs behind that player to receive the return pass. Once they have the ball in hand again they pass the ball to the next player and drive behind them to loop in front of them and receive the ball again. Once the player reaches the end of the course they dribble the ball to the corner and then sprint around the court back to the end of the line with the ball in hand.

One-Two step to feint 322 fein...

Players play a one-two pass with the middle man. When they receive the return ball players should use their two steps to get around the middle player (using a fake/feint). After their second step players pass to the next player in the opposite line and then join the back of that line. Drill continues in this way.

One-Two Pass and Shoot 314 cen...

Players stand in line waiting their turn to attack. The first player passes to player two in the middle who plays an immediate ball back into the path of the player who passed to them. This player should then catch the ball and shoot with a center shot on goal. Variations : - center shot when running - center shot hip height - center shot knee height   First without a defender, later with a passive defender who only shows the attacker where to throw : defender has hands high --&gt; attacker should decide for a shot at hip of knee height. Defender has hands low --&gt; attacket decedis to throw with a high shoulder height center shot or running shot.

Players stand in groups behind different cones. Players must pass the ball to the player opposite them and then follow their pass behind the player on the opposite side. Players can use a variation of passes: Center shot, jump shot (3,2,1 step rhythm), push pass, bounce pass, double handed pass, rolled pass, pass using your weaker hand etc.

Players line up on both sides of the court in the corner. When the coach says go the first two players (one from each side) sprint around the first cone, then around the second before looping inside to pick up a ball and have a shot on goal.

There are several ways you can run this drill, the first way is alternate running. This is where one player at a time sets off to run around the far cone opposite them before then cutting back infield to receive the ball from blue three. After receiving the pass they then progress towards goal before trying to score. The second way of running this drill is as a race. Both players sets off at the same time to run around the cone and then infield. The first player to run over the half way line receives the pass from B3 and then tries to score.

The first player sets off and runs as quickly as possible through the slalom. When they reach the end they must dash across the front of the D to try and block the first red player's shot. After this it's a straight sprint - up to the first cone, down, up and then to the back of the shooting player's line.

Both sides line up facing one another, with the ball starting on opposite sides. The player who starts with the ball throws to the player opposite them who then returns the ball. They then throw the second player on the opposite side who also returns the ball. Finally they throw the ball across to the third player on the opposite side who then returns the ball.

Depending on how many hoops are in front of them players run forward in a 1, 2 or 3 step rhythm and throw at the goal. Players rotate to the right after each shot.

Teams try to throw ball against the other team's benches They have to use their jump shot to find a space and throw past the opposite team who are trying to protect their benches.

Handball: Stretching the defen...

The blue players must pass the ball between themselves with the intention of stretching the defenders as much as possible. When the center left two attacking players have the ball (blue 4 and 3) the first defender (red 1) covers the space.When the center right two players have the ball (blue 3 and 5) it is the second defender's (red 2) responsibility to cover the space. The defender who is not immediately defending should shuffle over to make sure that the defence is not leaving large gaps. The outlets are the left wing and right wings where the defenders can not go.

Players stand a few steps behind their cone. The first player with the ball in hand should step up to their cone and then aim their pass in front of their target recipient (pass to that player's cone). As the pass is made in front of them players should be ready to move forwards to receive the ball and then pass it to another player as fast as possible (without losing control of the ball).

Simple pass and follow drill. Starting with two players on the first cone and then one player on every other cone. The first player throws the ball to player two and then immediately sprints to follow their pass. Player 2 catches the ball and then turns and throws the player 3 before then also following their pass. This pattern continues until the player on the final cone receives the ball. At this point they dribble back to the start cone and the drills starts again.

Players dribble forward with the ball and must feint to get past the defender and throw at the goal.

One player stands about 2-3 meters in front of the other players. This player is the feeder for their group and passes to the other players. Once a player has caught the ball from the feeder and passed it back, they run to the back of their own queue.

Coach should shout &quot;Go&quot; every 45 seconds. On the first shout a player from both sides sets off to run up the byline, turn around the cone and run to the cone in the opposite corner. Players must then run up the byline again and around the other cone before finally cutting inside to receive the pass from the feeder in the centre and shoot!

Blue 1 feeds the ball in front of blue 2 who then duels with their opposite number before passing the ball across the pitch to the next attacking player. The final player lays the ball off to the lone player, once all the balls are with this player the drill restarts in the opposite direction.

All players have a cone they must protect within a half court area. As a team players must dribble, pass and shoot to try and eliminate all of the opposition's cones. The winning team is the first side to hit all of the other team's cones.
