How do you improve passing (shoulder pass) with your less dominant hand?
Hi Nicole,
Firstly ensure you have the correct technique of which you can find here. From here it is simply a matter of practice. I would advise finding a brick on the wall and aiming for it over and over again. First start close to the wall and once you have completed for example 10 passes hitting the same brick move back a step and do the same. This will help you build up both strength and accuracy of your pass.
Ensure you are critical of yourself and take your time. If you miss the brick you can move back in and start your 10 again.
