Description
Out in 4s - simple hands - When players reach the end they should turn left.
Group realigns around the cone and then use simple hands to finish.
You can put defenders into the second channel to increase the difficulty of this drill.
Coaching points
Make sure the supporting runners do not get too wide and drift off the ball carrier.
Ball carrier has got to run hard to create enough depth for the supporting players.
Do not allow you players to be flat, Focus on the pass and target, Move the defenders off line to create space to attack, Work left and right.
Slow on way out turn and finish fast.
