DESCRIPTION

  • The aim of the drill is to develop the spiral kick.

COACHING POINTS

  • Keep bottom hand on ball for as long as possible for ball control.
  • Chest over hips on set up, strong position and extended arms.
  • No movement on the non kicking leg.
  • Kick through the ball
