The aim of the drill is to develop the Bomb kick
Chest over hips on set up, strong position and extended arms
Kick through the Ball and keep square to target with a high follow
through
Emphasis on kicking low to high for height to get maximum hang time
Progression on this drill would be to make the kicker hit marked out targets on the pitch
in more ways than one
