Set up: 7+ players, one ball, full court.
Players set up in loosely positioned areas.
Ball starts down one end i.e. with the shooter and players work the ball through the full court.
You can add in progressions such as defence in seperate thirds, a limit on the amount of passes players do, backline reset passes.
You should encourage players to work on court balance between team mates.
You could add in a time limit.
Encourge passing and then moving so players are dynamic.
