Netball: Passing coordination 1

Description

Three feeders stand on a line and start with two balls, opposite the worker.

The feeders take it in turns to pass to the worker who must return the pass to the player without the ball (not the same person who passed to you).

Coaching points

This is a great game for concentration - the worker has to use their peripheral vision to keep the passing options in sight, and also use quick reactions to catch and return the pass.
