2 players; 1 feeder and 1 worker standing a metre apart.
The worker must drive to the left before changing direction and running back to receive the ball in the middle where they pass back to the feeder.
Repeat 10 times in total (5 times to the left and 5 to the right) before changing over.
Head up and eyes always on the ball.
The worker should indicate when and where they want the ball - Both vocally and through their body language (hands up, make eye contact).

Most club teams defend one-on-one and nothing else. A well-drilled zone gives you a second option, and against the right opponent it is the difference between chasing and controlling.
The backline pass is the most under-coached restart in netball. Get it right and you turn a dead ball into an attacking weapon before the opposition has reset.
July is the month that decides your season. Netball is not a steady jog - it is a string of short, sharp, repeated sprints with barely any recovery. Here is how to build a pre-season engine that still has legs in the final quarter.
