Netball Drill Demonstration

Description

Players work in groups of 4, with 1 ball between them.

  1. The first player runs towards the centre
  2. The player with the ball throw up a high ball for the receiving player to jump and receive.
  3. The receiving player catches the ball, and turns in the air, so they land facing the opposite direction to the player who passed to them (turning 180 degrees).
  4. The receiving player then passes the ball, and follows their pass.

Drill continues.
