Place three cones approximately 2 meters apart in a zig-zag pattern.
Players take it in turn to dribble at each cone. Upon reaching the cones they must turn out 360° before then running towards the next cone to repeat the skill in the other direction.
Player turn out in the direction they are already running, so when running from right-left they turn out left and vice-versa.
Focus on close-ball control - the ball should never be far from your players' stick.
