Set up mini-gates consisting of one cone and three other cones beside one anothe (preferably two different colours).
Players take it in turn to run through the gate and then reverse stick drag the ball behind the line of cones before running to the next gate.
Focus on control. Control the ball first and then try to increase the speed.
Players repeat three times before rejoining the back of the line.
Can also run this drill as a race if you are working with a large group of players.
