6 defenders line up against 6 bosh bag men. The bosh bags men will be directed by the coach to go left or right (not moving forward or back). The defenders will call ready, ready, press and make the hit on their bagman. This is not a tackle it is a contact hit and back to thedefensive line.
The defenders need to keep on their toes (in tower of power position) ready o make the hit.
