Get juniors into simple a warm up routine. Start off by loosening ankles, then jogging, then dynamic stretches working upwards from the legs. Make it more fun for youngest players by using animals etc: - Sidesteps like a crab - Kangaroo and Frog jumps - Hands and Feet like monkeys - Lunge and plant the rice - Zig Zag like a cat - Sprint like a cheetah etc.... Progression: 1) ball per player dribbling across. 2) Bullrush
