Setup as show, with players 2-3m apart in pairs. What coach calls out, players must put hands on eg: "feet, knees, head, elbows...". When coach shout "Ball", first payers to pick up the ball wins. Make it harder by showing eg coach leads, players follow. One step further would be that coach calls out eg. knees, but shows something different eg. hands on feet. Players follow the voice or visual command - you can progress from one to the other. This leads nicely into the game 'Lions and Leopards', using the same setup.
Listen + watch the coach very carefully! Have your feet apart and maybe slightly sideways for quick push off the back foot.
