Drill works with 4 people and a GK. 2 feeders at A Attacker 1 starts at 1, receives the ball at 2, shoots on goal and then moves to 3. Attacker 2 starts at 3, receives the ball at 4, shoots on goal and moves to 1.
It is important to receive the ball with your body open i.e. feet pointing towards goal so that it is easier to shoot. Make sure you have a balanced stance. To make it harder try one touch shooting.
