Setup: Two teams, each in a box. Five balls at one end of each box. One defender goes across to other team's box. Procedure: Each team takes a ball, passes towards goal and shoots. Before shooting, a) all players on team must touch the ball, OR b) a team must make [10] passes. Defenders try to intercept and hit ball out of play. Stop and switch defender when all balls out of play/after [3] mins. When the whistle blows, the player with the ball must run towards goal (but not leave the box) and shoot. Variation: To encourage players to move+pass or pass+move, spread cones in boxes. Players must move around a cone before/after passing.
