Ball is passed from edge of D to attacker who dribbles the ball around the widest cone and passes the ball to man on far post. This attacker then stays in for the movement from the other side. the far post man runs out to collect a ball and start the next side
Develop the practice so the original passer puts pressure on the receiver and finally the original passer will force the player wide. allow the attcher to shoot and enter at the head of the D if they beat the defender. Try and keep the GK honest - they can sit on the back man and stop the drill.
