Possesion game on either side of the pitch, when one of the two sides lose possesion the attack begins on that side. The three players that lost possesion must sprint round the red cone before they track back. Pogression bring the red cone closer or remove it.
Pass quick off the turnover and ATT quickly to avoid DEF tracking back.
