Right back starts with the ball and hits the ball down the line. An attacker then dummys a run in then out to receive the ball. once they collect the ball, they do a v-drag and runs to the backline to cross the ball into another attacker
dummy run must be timed, the v drag must be well controlled. Attacker must shield the ball with their body Forward must time their run can choose top d or p spot Drill can progress by adding a defender who will channel right back down the line right back has the option of switching straight to Forward
