The defender runs the ball to the D and then back towards the little goal shown by the black cones. At the same time two strikers/attackers run down their cones and attempt to tackle the person with the ball. When either the attackers have won the ball or the defender crosses the goal line. It becomes an immediate 2v2 towards the D and real goal. The defender who started with the ball must get back to help the defender in the D.
Defenders must leave the ball in the goal not push it through if they make it then immediately retreat to defend. The attackers are to shadow and force the defender wide and not dive in.
