Twee-tegen-een met omschakeling naar drie-tegen-twee. Oefening start over rechts: rood 1 speelt bal naar rood 2 Aanvallers blauw 4 en 5 lopen vrij. Rood 2 speelt in. Blauw 4 en 5 spelen 2-1 op rood 3. Als er is gescoord of bal is uit speelt rood 1 een tweede bal op rood 2. Rood 1,2,3 spelen 3-2 op blauw 4,5. Verdedigers kunnen scoren in doel aan zijkant, over 23m-lijn, etc. Oefening wordt voortgezet over links. Doordraaien: 1,2,3,4,5
