Objective:An expansion exercise with 3 rounds to each ball. We have a bigfocus on attacking at as much pace as possible on the counterand defensively we are looking to focus on the recovery.Structure:A: The defender will replicate a poor pass. They will change thechannel and play the 4V3B: The man at the top of the 25 can pass to any 'blue' playeroutside in the 'D'C: The player will make the ball live and play the 5V3 Both defenders will recover and assist the starting defender inthe channel Defenders run the ball over the 25 Play the round until the ball is dead Alternate sides so there are counter attacks down both flanks
