DESCRIPTION

Players practice B&A, moving their feet and body position to enable a clean pass. Once familiar with moving the ball at pace, accurately and changing the direction of the pass, introduce 1 less attacker than defenders. Attacking players pressure the ball carrier and other players, forcing the ball carrier to move the ball so they can make a clean pass to the free player. If the ball is turned over, attackers try to score whilst defenders must rally and organise their defence.
