Red side attacks the 2 blues on the edge of the D and play out a 3v2. Once this is finished 2 of the 3 red attackers become defenders for the 3 blue attackers waiting at the halfway line on the other side of the pitch.
3 attackers should be trying to isolate a defender to create a 2v1 overload. Players attacking need to utilise and depth. This means 1 player goes high, another goes wide and another stays deep.
