
In pairs. Pass-and-move towards goal, then shoot. Always move diagonally, and always pass square or straight ahead. Procedure: Player A passes square to player B. Player A then runs diagonally to the next cone, where they receive a forward pass from player B. Player B runs diagonally to the next cone, where they receive a square pass from player A. Repeat all the way to goal and shoot. Progressions: start at walking pace until players get used to it increase intensity: [20] sec shot timer more difficult: returning pairs walk back up the middle instead of going around the side.
The focus is on passing, receiving and leading (i.e. moving off the ball).
