DESCRIPTION

Used to leave defender flat footed due to double movement. Dribble up to first cone and perform an L-R drag followed immediately by another - but bigger to eliminate the defender.

COACHING POINTS

Carry the ball infront of you first drag is small, 2nd drag is bigger Footwork is important to catch up with the drags Allow the ball to travel outside your left foot for an effective drag. Increase speed to get away from defender for successful elimination Progression: Introduce an actual defender Finish with a pass or shot
