1 person in the middle, the rest with the ball starting in a zone. 1) Players start at a zone, teacher whistles instructions e.g. cone 1. Students with the balls have to dribble to cone 1. 2) Player in the middle tries to knock the ball out of players hands. 3) if the ball is knocked out of hands that player must now join the person in the middle.
