On the coaches whistle, pair's take turns passing to their partner and catching the ball. After passing the ball, a player needs to go find a open cone(island) and wait for there turn to catch/receive the pass. Pair's repeat the pattern, keeping track of how many passes they can make before time is up. No dribbling allowed, the floor is hot and the ball will melt.
