Blue team starts with the ball outside the D.
Once the ball enters the D the attacking team cannot pass back outside. Aim is to score.
Red team aims to gain possession and carry through one of the red gates to score. If the ball leaves the D the game resets.
Depending on numbers, either have rotating teams or 5 balls to the attacking team then swap.
Patience, movement off the ball.
Leading runs - moving defenders to create space.
Defending team:
- Identify danger - LINE TO GOAL
- When to follow man, when to hold space, when to pass players on.
