DESCRIPTION

Set-Up

  • 10 X 10 Square split into 5 m segments.

Description

  • Inside the square players play 1 v 1
  • Players on the line may not step into the square, however can block or jab tackle to help their partner in the field gain possession.
  • Players score by dribbling over the line at each different colour cone.
  • Players alternate when ball is out of play.
