DESCRIPTION

  • 1 attacker on blue cone
  • 1 attacker on green cone
  • 1 defender
  • Attacker(blue cone)gives ball out to an attacker(green cone) on the move on the line
  • Attacker(green cone) receives ball and dribbles along line and along baseline
  • Defender steps to
  • Attacker(green cone) slips ball to p spot where attacker(blue cone) has ran to and shoots at goal

COACHING POINTS

  • dribble at pace
  • timing of the run(attackers)
  • Defender shadowing player on the line
  • Can be switched over to other side of pitch after 7 minutes
