DESCRIPTION

Light jog to the 25yd line & back (x1)

Stretch

Put on all equipment *including helmet & gloves*

Short sprints - to the 25yd line & back (x2)

Box Sprints - four cones in a square 5yds apart from each other ---> start on cone #1, sprint forward to cone #2, side shuffle to cone #3, backpedal to cone #4, after going through two times - switch direction for last two (x4)

Goal Kicks - line 8 balls on the stroke and rapid fire kick into the goal (x2)

Back & Forth Toss - line 10 balls just behind the stroke line and rapid fire push, flick, lift, aerial the ball into the goalies pads (x2)

Corners - two piles of 5 balls
