1. Pass the ball to the player once they complete the ladder.
2. Run through the ladder with one foot in each gap, once they receive the ball from 1 they will run through the minefield as quickly as possible, little movements but at high speed.
3. Lead away from the ball to receive it on your backhand from 2, then lead towards 4 and pass the ball inside when ready.
4. Leading towards the inside receive the ball on the forehand then accelerate towards the circle, giving a ball into the space for player 5.
5. Leading deep to collect the ball and then immediately drive towards the top of the circle, giving a backhand sweep to player 6.
6. Firstly (6.1) the player will run an in and out and collect the ball from player 5 and score, immediately after they will run a tackle back around the white cones (6.2) they will receive a ball at speed and continue to run around the white square of balls and push high on goal once they finish the running.
