DESCRIPTION

Passing and moving exercise, the starting player passing into the guard then runs deep, the guard player will drive to the outside and eventually pass to the player in the middle who does a give and go with the first player.

  • Low body position to make sure there are no mistakes in receiving.
  • Make sure you arrive just on time to collect the ball (no standing still).
