Defender passes ball to forward
Defender runs around the blue cone, while D is doing this, forward trys to run down the lane.
D tries to either shave or jab tackle forward. If D is successful they pass the ball to the next forward and continue for either 2-3 rounds.
If D is unsuccessful, F passes to other F and next D runs around blue cone to take ball away from the F.
If the ball goes out, next D plays the ball and drill starts over.
Defenders should be very tired at the end of the drill
