Both the attackers (on the blue cone) and defenders (on the orange cones) have to sprint to the opposite cones and back. The attackers then collect the ball from outside the D and attack while the defenders try and get in position to defend the goal.
If it is too easy for the attackers with 2v3 then introduce another defender.
