A player starts with the ball on the base line and passes the ball to a player waiting at the top of the D. The player at the top of the D attempts to firmly pass the ball into the goal whilst the player on the move attempts to trap the ball and continue their run.
Instruct the players to get into a 'ready' position as they start their run instead of requiring a delayed reaction. It's extremely effective for the players to start with there sticks touching the ground and remaining low during the run.
