Animal Travels across the mat
Projected on the board will be animal travels that students have done in week 1, they can choose which one they like and travel across the line of mats.
-Balance beam walk, spring jump into motorbike landing
Students will walk across the beam balance with a beam bag on their head if too easy, once they get to the end the teacher will give them a spring to perform (star, straight, 180 etc.) into a motorbike landing.
-Forward roll
Students will have an incline wedge and roll down, then they will continue to forward roll along the mats.
