Lay-Up Warm-Up (Not full court, place 2 portable hoops closer to each other to reduce distance so kids don't get tired)
SET-UP: Place 2 ladders on each side of the court and 2 pizza's in front of each hoop (for lay-up practice) Split the group up with half on one side and the other half on the other side
1. When signaled to go, child must first run through the ladder, avoiding hitting the lines. When they get to the 2 pizza's they must perform a lay-up by placing one foot on each pizza (they don't have a ball) and try jump and touch the net of the hoop with their hand. They then join the back of the other line and repeat. (make sure they don't come back to your line)
2. VARIATION Children must hop on one leg through each box of the ladder
