DESCRIPTION

Offense spielt Skippässe: nach Ballerhalt sofort triple-threat-Position, Ball für 2-3 Sekunden halten, bevor er wieder rüber gepasst wird.

Defense: in Helpside sprinten, nach Pass zum Closeout mit Außenfuß hinten, um einen Baselinedrive zu focieren und die Mitte zu schließen, Hands Up!

COACHING POINTS

Verteidiger müssen sich sofort bewegen, wenn der Ball gepasst wird, während er noch in der Luft ist.

Variante: nach 3-4 Pässen dürfen die Angreifer attackieren.
