As someone who is new to coaching this site was just what I needed,...

DESCRIPTION

Students will line up against the wall. They will be given instructions and a starting point while they are lined up inside the gym.

The students will be doing BOXING excersises that are named after STAR WARS characters. Students will be divided into partners to go to the different stations where the teachers will be demonstrating the activity they will be working on.

1. Vader Bags- Students will be working on their breathing while they punch the Punching Bags

2. Death Sprints- students will sprint to designated area and back x2

3.Yoda Yoga- Hover over chair

4. Wall squats Woki- students will be doing wall squats for 30 seconds x10

5. Jar Jar Jumprope- jumproping x20

6. Ewok Squats- Duck squats x10

If students finish their station early they will do jumping jacks or squats until all members are ready to move to the next station to keep their heart rate up.
