This drill is designed to practice dribbling, passing, and defense all-in-one.
Set up four cones, in a big square, players line up in two lines behind the cones diagonal from each other.
First player in each line, dribbles to the cone in front of them, turns and passes the ball to the next player in the opposite line, then defensive slides to the back of the line he passed to.
Make the squares big according to your age group. Yell out which type of pass you want them to do, or which hand you want them to dribble with.
