weak hand wall dribble: participants find a space against a wall and dribble the ball against that wall quickly and in a controlled manner using the finger tips. (increase proprioception and feel for the ball as well as reinforcing the use of finger tips when dribbling)
weak hand mini game: coned off area acts as playong feild. participants must dribble around the zone with their weak hand whilst two designated players try to steal the ball from them. can be progressed by making it possible for other dribbling participants to knock steal or intercept other dribblers ball. and or addng more interceptors.
