Needing some drills that can be practices at home! (Not shooting or sprints!)
What do you want to work on?
Defending, passing, footwork, everything
there are heaps of things you can do, but it depends on how many people there are. obviously passing between 2 people is easier than passing on your own.
footwork drills...zig zagging practicing change of direction, or for defence (ie side or crab step), change of pace, change of direction, cutting in, dodge and double dodge drills, split catch, balance drills where they ensure their landings are balanced and their take off strong, pivoting drills. many of these are on the website.
as for passing, if it is just yourself, then you will need a rebound wall. you can use a tennis ball or netball and just pass and catch with one hand, then switch tl the other hand. make sure your footwork is balanced. you can pass to yourself, pivot and pass again. when you get confident, then make it on more of an angle so you have to move to catch it, but dont make it impossible. just so you have to step to one side to catch it.
that should be a good start.
