6 vs 6 Scrums.
6 vs 6 line outs.
Drop kick restarts (or punt if skill level requires).
Full tackling.
Tell your players to:
* Go forward
* Run at space not at people.
* Communicate.
* Pass before contact.
* Look after the ball in contact.
