Rugby Drill Demonstration
- The aim of the drill is to improve your feet work prior the kick .
- Players starts on the middle cone after every kick.
- Coach will pass to either left or right cone.
- Player to focus on quick feet and getting behind the ball early.
- Guide the ball down to the floor with a one hand release (not two).
- Focus on staying tall on contact.
- Kick to the coach 5m away
