The feeder passes the ball to the working player (blue 1).
The passes should be varied (short, wide and high).
Blue 1 must move to the ball as early as possible and pass it back to the feeder before returning to their starting postion - ready to go again!
The worker needs to be on their toes at all times, so they can react to where the ball is positioned
When the receive the ball they must bring it in to their chest as soon as you catch it to protect it from would be opposition players - aggression
